@OutdoorToysUK I ordered a play/swing set on the 13th May, order number OT45426 I still have not received it. We have tried phoning for 2 hours but no one answered. Can you tell me when it is going to be delivered as it is my son’s birthday tomorrow.

@pvwhitt We’ve had the exact same issue. Random parts delivered over multiple days with no instructions so impossible to know what is missing. Over two months since we ordered, and still no complete set of items. One of the shittest companies I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with.

The delivery was over 3 days so not much of a surprise that parts are missing and damaged. Also without a full set of installation instructions. This was supposed to be a birthday present for a 6 year old. It’s really really poor

@chris_reckons @SW_Help It’s not really the same argument though, is it Chris? That notwithstanding, if one were to have a problem with their tin of beans, the first port of call would likely be Sainsbury’s anyway, and they would deal with the issue by offering a refund.
