…and agreement between all three datasets worse for children > adults. Better agreement (63% versus 7%) for children who have a transplant compared to those on dialysis. (Also another example of the value and use of kidney registries, if one was needed!)

For clarity. Chris. When my surgical trainee husband was acutely suicidal the only ‘support’ from his employer was a letter saying his pay would stop soon… @NHSPracHealth on the other hand very literally saved his life. Decommissioning ‘while you review’ will cost lives.

World Bipolar Disorder Day We remember today Dr Daksha Emson who took her own life in 2000 after struggling with bipolar disorder, she was failed as a doctor-patient. We exist in part due to Daksha so that doctors suffering can be treated as patients safely. #worldbipolarday
