@ViralVideos The driver was polite, but it also takes a thoughtful reasonable cop to simplify the situation, as well. He gives the summons/warning with no attitude & further questions like “where are you headed”, and he’s on his way to live another day.

If only the rest of them knew how easy it was to comply.

@txgermanbre You live 4 years longer in Europe due to the high quality of life. Median wealth in Europe is much higher than in the US. So if you are not an oligarch, Germany is a much better country to live in. 6 weeks of paid vacation and you have a life.

I’m interviewing for roles in Europe but I’m increasingly disturbed by my own people who keep begging me to stay in America despite me repeating several times that my soon husband is German and I have no choice but to leave. “Europe is small”, “European businesses are weak” WTF.
