@easyJet Your customer service has been questionable to my elderly mum and her partner, both have had covid19 & now not confident to leave the country, they received no advice on flight cancellation, told the only way is to forfeit their flights! “MESSAGE CONTINUED IN COMMENTS”

The additional stress and worry is not helping in their recovery! I look forward to your reply regarding this situation, I appreciate your business has suffered during the past 18 months but surely that should not effect your standards when dealing with vulnerable customers
