As a Welshman I’ll tell you what’s going on here, butetown is full of migrants who don’t consider themself Welsh and live amongst each other just like many areas of England.
It’s a slum and there’s other areas like grangetown, canton, riverside and Cardiff docks which are all full of Somalis and god knows what else.
