agents 产品开始进入一种很诡异的阶段，大家都在寻找有钱人或有钱企业买单。 因为大量 agents 产品，真正好用的，依赖的模型都很贵。说得好听一点，各家可能都处于 PC 的早期。说得难听一点，大家都在造长期没啥用的奢侈品。 To C 产品里，豆包最牛。彻底贯彻移动互联网的增长逻辑。有钱就是好，但是否靠着有钱就能走到终局。未必。 To B 的大量 agents 类产品，以及 AI infra 产品，很诡异。更多是利用企业对 AI 的焦虑情绪在促进营收。以及中间有大量 To B 产品利用的就是 AI 创业公司本身的焦虑，比如增长焦虑等。 最稳着赚钱的，是做课程、是企业咨询、是面向有钱人的心灵抚慰。唯一不足的是时间不够用。有意思的是，有部分 agents 产品也盯上了这一块。 以上观点，有个巨大的偏见：看不起有钱人。不应该。 但内心深处，总觉得，有人为有钱人服务，就得有另一波人，能为非有钱人服务。 世界很奇妙。充满不知道。

Most people quit because they forget that you have to be bad at something before you can be good at it. It's so obvious. You suck. Of course you're not going to win in 2 weeks. But if you can learn to enjoy extended periods of failure, you will make it very, very far in life.

@paulg Non-technical business student here. Best mind-dev I've found isn't class — it's vibe coding a real project and shipping it end to end. Build → ship → GTM → payments in a few weeks taught me more than a year of business classes. Class stuff stays on paper until you build.

If you skip some or all of college to start a startup, it's on you to develop your mind the way college would have. And that's not something that happens by default in most startups.
