@BruceNorth46058 You deny the doctrine clearly laid out in scripture that identifies the Nature and Unity of God. The Trinity is not a distortion, and no amount of assertion is going to change that.

Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe in God the Eternal Father, His Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Ghost. Some Creedal distortions make the Trinity a thing of men's creation. Others remain Biblical. I'd rather be a covenant saint than confused.

@TalonTarone @Hotchkiz If you dont affirm His Nature, you have the wrong god. This is a simple fact. Mormons are quick to play the aggrieved party when their interpretations ate completely novel to modernity, and that is why they are condemned.

St. Augustine fought views that denied the distinctness of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost or their co-eternity. The LDS view isn't any of those. It's closer to what the New Testament actually describes before post-apostolic philosophy got layered on. Either way, “not Trinitarian = not Christian” is a 4th-century creedal boundary, not a biblical one. Christ never required your Creedal interpretations.

For every Shad there are thousands of folks who take to the internet to tell us that we don’t believe in the “real” Jesus as if they are the gate keepers of who can and cannot believe in Christ. They call us demons, justify bigotry, and that our missionaries deserve to be accosted in the streets. That cuts against what Christ taught while here on the earth and is instead motivated by an apparent axe to grind 🤷🏻‍♂️
