IOMROWCA facilitated an online exchange between NoLEM, Georgetown University, & key stakeholders, addressing human mobility in the context of climate change & its impact on international and West and Central African legal frameworks, advancing dialogue & academic collaboration.

The Informal WG on Migration in West Africa, co-chaired by Spain and IOM, met in Dakar on June 13 to discuss migration trends in the region and good practices of regular pathways. Thank you to Spain for your excellent collaboration and welcome to Portugal as the new co-chair.

IOM Regional Strategy for West and Central Africa brought together 100+ stakeholders from the region and beyond. The valuable contributions and productive discussions pave the way to identify strategic priorities, to ensure safe, orderly and regular migration.
