@NanaCanada333 I hope Canada can figure this out and turn it around. I grew up in Michigan, and I've always felt a significant partnership with Canada, and I am very sad to see what is happening. If Alberta can succeed, that might get the rest of Canada to wake up.

My thoughts on the fact that we now have enough signatures to trigger an referendum on Alberta independence. Can't wait to hear the "no" try to sell us on the idea of staying in in this failed experiment called Confederation

@Martyupnorth I'm an Albertan who works for a Vancouver company. I informed my team this morning of the announcement. At first they scoffed but I pressed harder and said ... "don't count the voices out. I'd take this very seriously." It got very quiet in the room.

Canada just imported LNG from Australia. 25,000 km across the ocean. But 4,000 km from Alberta is somehow impossible. This isn’t a resource problem. It’s a Canada problem. If Canada won’t develop Alberta’s energy, why should Alberta stay in Canada?
