He is the one impeding the GK and ONLY had Maeda been standing still then it could be considered a foul on him. He initiates the contact by 'blindly' running backwards into oncoming player - the referee allowing play to continue wasn't correct.

This is hands down the worst decision I’ve seen in Scottish football in years (there’s been plenty) That’s absolutely scandalous and no wonder people think our game is a laughing stock.
