I realised my clothing brand was losing thousands by treating email like a notice board - not a sales machine. A story about how I made emails my #1 revenue source:

I tweaked my lower back deadlifting last week. Nothing serious. But it reminded me how fragile everything is. One bad rep and you're out for a week. Same thing in business honestly. One bad client can drain your energy for months One bad hire can set you back You think you're invincible - ... until something humbles you. Now I'm back to stretching. Mobility work. The boring stuff I skipped. In the gym AND in business: Prevention > recovery. Take care of the fundamentals before they become problems.

My client went from $10k/month to $20k/month. Same offer. Same audience. Same everything. What changed? We started using his email list properly. He's an ex-copywriter. Could write brilliant emails himself. But he was missing strategy. Segmentation. Launch infrastructure. Automated sequences. He had the 20%. We built the 80%. Most coaches doing $10k-$30k+/month are in the same spot. Great at what they do. Terrible at email systems. They hire "email help" and get copywriters who send broadcasts. Not strategists who build revenue infrastructure. If your email isn't adding $5-20k monthly to your launches, you don't have an email problem. You have a systems problem.

@Leobuilding01 The low entry offer is not for the money. It's about building trust and getting the emails...

nga you're an indecisive woman dont know whether to focus on outreach writing posts sending emails to your subscribers you wanna do all three but you don't have time to put 100% effort into all of em well lets do the math and show you the one best for farming money outreach 500 DM's a week meticulously checking opens + replies less than 5% open the DM less than 3% reply less than 1.5% actually book a call if you wanna do it manually it takes 10+ hours/week if you wanna do it on autopilot you gotta buy sum SaaS writing posts 3 posts a day you're the 28th post someone read that day you have 8 seconds of attention on your post you're just another person to engage with fucking boring not very personal a numbers game just like outreach email list super personal income cap is 7-8 figures ($1M-$99.99M) can set up a trust + client farming system they go through it as soon as they join your list go from a cold lead to a hot ass high ticket client one email per week maintains a strong relationship with subs the list goes on and on for an email list this is from personal experience now make your decision and stop being a pussy

If you don’t know what content to post. You don't have an idea problem. You have decision fatigue. Do this: 1. Review what triggered replies 2. Extract patterns 3. Build from proof Inspiration is unreliable.

The winback survey email is the most underrated email in any flow. "What would we need to do for you to repurchase?" Customers will literally tell you how to win them back. And the ones who respond? Already halfway there.

@MichaelComeau A lot of the time the size of the list isn't even the problem. People are sitting on tonnes of money and not even knowing it.

5 minutes ago, your competition gave up. That's why a down economy is the best time to start. Build a foundation now, and you have the ultimate proof of concept. When things get better, it's more wind at your back. So build your list and email like mad.

Landing clients is not the ultimate win. Delivering so well that they stick with you for months/years is. Focus on retention.

I'm a model. I came home from Amsterdam with £0 in my account. So now I'm building an online business. Here's what happened: Before you even go there… NO It wasn’t one of those trips. Me and my girlfriend booked flights to Amsterdam. Snow cancelled them So we got the Eurostar instead. Couldn’t lose our money on the hotel. We had the BEST time. But when we got back and I checked my account, Nothing. No money. No jobs coming in. And even if one did, I knew I wouldn't see a penny of it for months. That's the reality of modelling nobody talks about. You don't get paid when you work. You get paid when someone decides to pay you. That was the moment I said enough. I didn’t just want more money. I wanted to stop waiting for other people to choose me. I wanted to build something that was mine. Decided I’m giving myself a year… Build my personal brand and start email marketing. I don’t want to have to get a 9-5, But it can’t go on like this. Can it…?

A message to all content creators: It’s never about the likes you get on a post The question should be: Are you proud for what you posted? Doesn’t mean each post has to be High production Rather: Are you happy with your message? Short-Form/Long-Form/Video. Doesn’t matter.

I hit 1700 followers today. It took me over a year to get here. But I’m not chasing fast growth. I’m building a profitable business alongside my corporate job. That shift has made me more money than any spike in followers ever could. Everyone’s playing a different game on X. Stick to yours.

I hate the term “followers” It just sounds distant from my audience. Many of you have become close friends. Many are just enjoying my content. Any new ideas for the word “followers?”
