@Leod_Music Hi Duncan, I'm afraid Advance Singles are not refundable. However, you can change the date or time of your ticket. To do this you would need to pay a £10 administrative fee plus any difference in fare between the ticket you have, and the ticket you need. ^Paul

@ScotRail either booking from Mallaig to Glasgow tomorrow evening. However my calmac ferry has been cancelled. Can I check whether I can get a refund on my ticket? For note it’s an advanced single.

@ScotRail To clarify, I was under the impression that when ferries are cancelled there is a reciprocal agreement with ScotRail. In the same way you’re permitted to travel on the next train if a ferry is late
