@SeatfrogHelp I have an active bid for 2 seats, just been told there’s not enough seats so I need to reduce the number. I’m traveling with my partner, so I’d need 2 seats, or none at all. I can’t cancel a bid in an active auction, what are my options?

@gav2302 Hi Gavi, sorry to hear your train is cancelled. The upgrade is only valid on specified train — or the adjacent ones with the same operator when yours is cancelled. So CrossCountry may allow you to use it if they have space onboard, though the other operators will not. ^SD
