@Pleyndamour Hi Mark, The 'Buy Now' option may become available closer to departure - we'd recommend checking the auction again a couple of days before the journey to see if the rail operator has made the 'Buy Now' option available for that service! ^VH

@kateappanna Hi Kate - if there's space in First Class on the next available service when your original train terminates at Birmingham, you should be able to use your upgrade. Just chat to the on-board staff who can help you find an available seat. ^VH

@multitudeofcrap Hi Lauren! Instant Wins are only awarded when the auction is open and bids have been counted, however you can choose to skip the auction and purchase an upgrade outright using the 'Buy an upgrade' option if there's sufficient availability! ^VH

@Samanthacoda1 Hi Samantha. Unfortunately, it's not possible to transfer upgrades to another service - they're only valid on board the train they're booked for. Upgrades are also non-refundable, except where they're unused because the service was cancelled or declassified. ^VH
