Officer's seized this vehicle this morning after witnessing a dangerous maneuver overtaking a learner driver. The vehicle had already received a s.59 ASB warning in September. Clearly the warning did not improve their manner of driving and it is now off our roads.

Last night, a prolific shoplifter, that has been hitting several shops around Lyndon, was arrested by...Sgt Willetts and PC James of course. They're becoming quite the duo on our patch 💪💪

PC James pursued this vehicle for a short distance. The occupants ran with Sgt Willetts leading the chase, catching one of them. Both PC James and Sgt Willetts joined our team just this week. Talk about first impressions! Great proactive work all round 🙌

No chauffeurs needed last night for our Lyndon PCSO. Found and recovered a stolen car and defused a drunken street argument at the same time 🙌 The car was stolen from Worcester in late November and is now awaiting forensic examination.

This week the LEOS have been working along side trading standards investigating the illegal selling of vapes and tobacco. Thanks to all involved.

Your Silhill DNO has in the past few days identified 2 offenders targeting our local retail outlets causing both financial loss to the store and psychological stress to its staff members. Both offenders have been issued with banning orders. Retail shop theft will not be tolerated

Thanks to the assistance of the shop staff Lyndon's DNO PC Gilvray successfully arrested a prolific shoplifter who targeted the shops on Hobs Moat Road.

Today the LEOS teamed up with Civil Enforcement Officers to tackle improperly parked vehicles at Oak Cottage Primary School.

An abandoned vehicle causing ASB has been taken off the road thanks to reports made from the public making us aware of this issue.

Officers conducted checks on a car that had been parked for a long period of time and found that it was untaxed. It has been removed. Please ensure your car is taxed if you intend to use it on the road.

We have been out with staff and parents at Greswold Primary School in response to concerns raised about parking by the local community. We dealt with some drivers parking inconsiderately of others and took the time to chat to some of the parents and listened to some concerns.

This vehicle was stolen from Oxford in the early hours of this morning. The tracker was showing it in Lyndon and officers from our team found it a short distance away at just gone 7am. Excellent teamwork with the tracking company to get it found and recovered so soon.

This afternoon, we have been on Hermitage Road with the council to check that vehicles are parked correctly. One vehicle has been issued a fixed penalty notice for obstruction of the pathway. Please do not obstruct the path as you risk being issued a fine.

This afternoon, Officers on the LEOS team discovered a motorbike found abandoned under a tree on Mickleton Road. It has been recovered.
