The hacktivist group claims to have tapped more than 80 million Vietnamese telephone lines along with 70 million voice audio recordings totaling 34GB. The database contains phone numbers, accounts, durations, and dates spanning 2018–2026.
The group is demanding the Vietnamese government regulate its citizens and expel Vietnamese citizens living illegally in Indonesia. They also call on Vietnam to arrest citizens who allegedly deceived Indonesian people, threatening to leak additional databases if their demands are not met.
Format is XLSX with 80,000,000+ lines. Priced at $160 with a sample dataset available.

I remember looking down from a bridge over the Saigon river when I was young and seeing people living in makeshift huts next to the river.
