My friend works with a company that is fully remote Because of this, he is able to: - Go the barber at 9 AM on a Tuesday - Go the gym at 3:30 PM - Start work earlier/later than normal to accommodate this schedule He doesn't have to ask permission to schedule his life as needed. He doesn't need his team to tell him what they are doing every second of every day. He doesn't have to worry about whether or not his team can be trusted as adults. Hire right. Trust your team. Repeat. Work should add to your life, it shouldn't prevent you from living. Do you agree?

Actually, there are quite a few of us, who have left Florida and now just have investments there. People dont realize there is ZERO economy in Florida. If you move there without a job, you end up making less than you did where you came from. #FACTS 50% of the people that moved there over the past few years, have moved RIGHT BACK OUT. Example: Nurse moves down from the north east. She makes close to $60.00 an hour, Tampa, will pay her about $35.00 an hour, $40 if you have 20 + years of experience. Florida is a tourist state, thats all their is. You either bring your job with you and enjoy the higher cost of living and everything else around it, or you move and reduce your lifestyle because you get to go to the beach every once in a while. Then you worry about sending your kids to school, cause god knows what they will come home with, and no one seems to care! I would assume Benny would bring it up being from Tampa, one of the most Democratic cities in all of Florida. Ask him why he doesn't move? I think Palm Beach is more his speed.
