The secret to living to 100+? HIGH CHOLESTEROL! A massive Swedish study tracking over 800,000 people for 35 years revealed: Every single centenarian had HIGH total cholesterol. The higher your LDL, the longer you live. Key findings from the Sweden AMORIS study: - All centenarians: High total cholesterol, high iron, low glucose. - Highest LDL-C = longest lifespans (backed by Dr. Uffe Ravnskov & Dr. Malcolm Kendrick). Dangers of low cholesterol: - LDL <70 mg/dL → 3X higher risk of brain-bleeding strokes. - Total <180 mg/dL → Skyrocketing cancer & dementia rates. - <150 mg/dL → Increased chronic diseases like cancer & autoimmunity. - Statins? They don't extend life—damage mitochondria & hormones instead. Why your body CRAVES cholesterol: - Builds every cell & powerhouse mitochondria. - Absorbs vital vitamins A, D, E, K. - Powers digestion via bile acids. - Supercharges immunity against infections, viruses, bacteria, pathogens—even cancer. - Fights depression, suicide, dementia & cognitive decline. - Shields from toxins, heavy metals, strokes, heart disease & osteoporosis. - Fuels ALL steroid hormones (low chol = low testosterone & libido). - Lowers all-cause mortality risk. Pro tip: Go low-carb, load up on nutrient-dense animal foods. Grass fed beef, pastured eggs, wild caught seafood...Dump seed oils, sugar & processed garbage. Target TG/HDL ratio <1.5 for elite heart health. Are you on a tight budget like me?? Seek out a local farmer, butcher & farm market & make a 'bulk large sale deal' for beef at $5/lb & eggs $4/Dz

So proud of this fellow Virginian and she is only 18 years old👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 An 18-year-old just did what billion-dollar water companies couldn't. Meet Mia Heller. A high school junior from Warrenton, Virginia who built a water filter in her garage that strips out 95.5% of microplastics from drinking water. That's better than most government treatment plants, which sit somewhere between 70% and 90%. Her secret weapon? Ferrofluid. A magnetized liquid made of oil and powder that latches onto microplastic particles. Then a magnet yanks them out. No membranes. No constant filter replacements. No endless maintenance bills. The ferrofluid even gets recycled, around 87% of it, in a closed loop. The spark for all of this wasn't a classroom project. It was a local newspaper article warning that her town's tap water was loaded with PFAS and microplastics, and that nobody was coming to fix it. So she watched her mom swap out filter after filter and thought, there has to be a smarter way. She built the prototype herself. Tested it with a homemade turbidity sensor. Then walked into the Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair and walked out with a special award from the Patent and Trademark Office Society. Up against nearly 1,700 students from 62 countries. She's now eyeing a household version that sits under your kitchen sink. The future of clean water might not come from a lab in Silicon Valley. It might come from a teenager's garage in Virginia. Source- @SmithsonianMag

I said yesterday, there will likely be a great deal of rumor and speculation about a different permanent replacement for the Director of National Intelligence (DNI). One name sure to surface within the discussion is Devin Nunes, but I strongly doubt the former Chairman of the HPSCI would desire or accept the position. If, and that is a very big ‘if’, Devin Nunes was to accept the role, that would indicate a remarkable change in his opinion about the overall intelligence apparatus. Therefore, I doubt this is an option. Devin Nunes believes in the historic fidelity and value of the intelligence institution system as structured post Patriot Act. As a result, the DNI position has seemed smaller and less significant to him. IMHO, the only way Nunes would take the job is if two things changed.  First, he now believed the construct of the United States intelligence apparatus is teetering on the edge of irreversible corruption (he did not previously hold this position); and second, if he sees that Tulsi has now proven the power of the DNI in the intelligence apparatus. Prior to Tulsi Gabbard only a few close followers of the IC network system understood the potential power of the DNI as the primary Intelligence Community hub. The DNI was established with a legislative power structure that no former DNI had fully grasped because it is relatively new to the larger IC system. DNI Gabbard changed things by using the office in a way that was created but never fully expanded. This made her exceptionally effective but also a target because she was exerting control over an apparatus that historically doesn't like control or oversight. Perhaps Nunes now sees the office differently, and perhaps that changes his perspective. I could hope that is the case, but that's a lot of presumptions. Be careful of considering names that have formerly been a part of the IC oversight apparatus. If whoever’s name you hear currently falls under the IC oversight mechanism, they almost certainly fear the “seven ways from Sunday” group, unlike Tulsi Gabbard. I would recommend contemplating this reality and adjusting your perspective accordingly.
🇺🇸RealRobert🇺🇸@Real_RobN

Today, Democrats are celebrating Tulsi Gabbard’s departure—but appoint @DevinNunes as the next Director of National Intelligence, and Democrats will erupt so violently you’d think it was BLM in 2020.

Something stinks in Kentucky. Gallrein refused to do any debates. Gallrein had very few supporters at his campaign events. Gallrein had very few supporters at his victory party. Kentucky uses rigged voting machines too.

Trump is going to battle and take out at least 3 senators in this primary/election cycle. This hasn't happened in nearly a century. There are A LOT of people, good people, smart people, in DC tonight recalculating where their future lies.
🇺🇸 Thomas A. Whitaker@WhitakerTA_

🚨 Do you understand what quietly happened in Kentucky tonight.. Mitch McConnell spent 41 years building the most powerful Republican machine in the Senate.. he blocked nominees.. killed legislation.. outlasted six presidents.. and bent the entire GOP caucus to his will for four decades.. and the moment he stepped back.. Trump walked in on May 1st.. endorsed Andy Barr.. offered the only real rival an ambassadorship.. and the rival dropped out the same week.. > Cameron — the man who was supposed to carry McConnell's network forward — entered with a polling lead.. raised money.. had the name recognition.. had the Christian conservative base.. > Barr had none of that early.. until Trump made one phone call and one diplomatic offer.. > Cameron finished at 30%.. Barr won with 60%.. > the seat McConnell held since 1984 flipped to a Trump loyalist in a single primary night.. > the first open Kentucky Senate seat in 42 years.. decided by an endorsement and an ambassadorship.. every single establishment figure watching this tonight told their donors "the McConnell network is durable".. every single one assumed the old machine had enough infrastructure to survive his retirement.. it didn't survive a single election cycle.. not a scandal.. not a Democrat.. not a generational shift.. one endorsement.. one ambassadorship offer.. and 41 years of political infrastructure collapsed in an evening.. the quiet part nobody is saying out loud.. Trump didn't just win a primary tonight.. he erased the last internal friction point inside the Senate Republican caucus without a single floor vote.. it's only getting quieter from here.. I'll keep you updated. Turn on notifications. 🚨

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi greets Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin upon arrival in Beijing, China, for a summit with Chairman Xi Jinping just days after Xi and President Trump spent two days in personal conference. There will be more details from this visit that will surface in the next several hours and few days; however, for those who walk the deep weeds the video of the arrival is very interesting.  Russia controls Russian interests in all things, including diplomatic missions.  Foreign Minister Wang Yi greets President Putin and there are customary celebratory festivities on the tarmac that most are familiar with. Putin is walking briskly, very deliberately and giving warm waves to the assembled children. But Putin is all business, focused and walking fast.  Minister Yi slows his pace in an effort to slow Putin and emphasize the welcome. Putin keeps forward momentum. It's subtle, but so typically Russian in approach. Nothing extraneous, nothing off script, nothing casual - straight, predictable and forward. Notice the Russian control and immediate separation at the moment when they reach the end of the red carpet. Wang Yi and the Chinese welcome delegation as well as all security elements just disappear as in typical Russian fashion the Russian security service takes control from there. It is a subtle difference between the merged casual formality of a U.S-China visit, and the hard lines of a Putin visit.  I find myself thinking about what a difference it would make in relations between our nations if Americans really understood Russians.  Russians are not cold per se', they just don't do casual very well. There's no "small talk" in Russian culture. There is talking that has a purpose and benefit - or there is silence. It is a facet of cultural distinction that many Americans just don't understand.  There are no pretenses and everything is deliberate. Everything feels like a scam now. Restaurants adding mandatory service charges that “aren’t the tip,” stores asking you to round up for "charity" at checkout, iPads asking for 25% tips on takeout orders… people are getting exhausted by the constant nickel-and-diming

Asked whether an independence petition could affect pipeline investment, Premier Danielle Smith says separatist sentiment has fallen from 42% to about 35%. She says the PM's "cooperative federalism" could strengthen confidence in Canada and improve investment conditions.

@GovofCO killed our cottage bakery. With the passage of the “Tamale Act” and its instant effectiveness it is no longer economically feasible to continue feeding our community in this way. We will be evaluating all our options and hopefully chart a path that allows us to continue to be of service to our loyal customers.
