I’m travelling from tomorrow onwards I need answer as soon as possible if I need to change a delivery address.
Understand shipping delays but this is a quick customer service answer and the silence is concerning.

@ClareA60724887 @The_Oodie Damn. I ordered on the 26th. 2-8 days for delivery. Now it says 12 days for a customer service response! Even if I cancel there’ll be no time for a refund to arrive before Christmas. Dreadful service. I also have no clue what the %’s mean on their Shipping Notice page.
