Eso me pasó con la chia, me sentí traicionada. Pensé q era súper baja en calorías, y me estaba mamando como 3 chia pudding con 3 tazas de chia cada uno, cuando 2 cucharaditas son 140 calorías. 2000 calorías diarias en mi snack
