@rggbama @mitchellvii There is no blockade of oil revenue. Not only have Iran sold and transited record amounts of oil during the war, they also have a floating reserve of 140 million barrels at sea that they can sell. And we all know Trump will blink when Chinese tankers with an escort show up.

There is an ACTUAL blockade of oil revenue and now an Economic blockade with temporary halted sanctions being reinstated. The Rial is worthless and will get even more worthless (10,000,000 rial. is worth about $7. When the money is worthless, people can't buy stuff. When the military isn't getting paid and Basij isn't getting paid, they won't be able to provide for their families. People will resort to food riots to loot and steal because they can't pay for it.
