@ZARA_Care @ZARA Not allowing sealed drinks into your store in Manchester. It’s stupid and pitty. I can even go into Hugo Boss and Rolex with a drink.. but not Zara. I think you need to reconsider this rule. At the end of the day you will loose customers over this.

@ZARA @MarcDermott You should adhere to your own policy then. I've been kicked out for having a coffee, yet people eating MacDonalds and drinking other soft drinks are acceptable. You are disgusting picking and choosing!

@ZARA @MarcDermott Pitty this rule,got told I'm not allowed in the store,my first reaction was utter shock, turned out I had a Starbucks in hand, but too late ... was already made to feel like SHIT and my whole mood spoiled to wanna shop for clothes... thx for no signs at the entrance Zara Menlyn

@ZARA @MarcDermott You will loose customers for this. I’ve been denied a sealed drink at your store in Manchester. Make customers pay if they damage items. Don’t restrict customers from coming in your store. You will loose profit. We was going to buy something but then we was denied entry!
