On each phone-call we have been assured by Currys that the right person is coming with a new oven. Very disappointed with the customer experience and level of service at all stages of this process.

12th dec: - The delivery person shows up to collect our old oven but he isn’t an electrician so can’t uninstall it and wasn’t even aware he was supposed to be delivering a new oven

@currys Can you please get one of your complaints people to contact me asap? We’ve been waiting for them to message us since Thursday. We have been left without a working oven for 2 weeks and every time we call Currys they say they will sort it and then don’t!
