My understanding of the US war on Iran: 1. Strait closed - global energy costs up 40 percent +|-. 2. US bases in GCC damaged or severely damaged. 3. US munitions depleted. 4. Profits from new defense contracts directed to Presidents family. 5. US relations with Europe lowest since before WWII. 6. Nuclear material intact in Iran. 7. Israel alienated globally. 8. Adherence to US Constitution increasingly degraded - no war authorization from Congress. Am I missing something? What is the benefit to USA of all this?

@hoseaa0 @HLTCO I want to watch the fucking game. I don't give a shit about an interview mid game you sausage. It's not America. We don't have 20 minute breaks after 2 seconds of play. Focus on the godam pitch.

No one asked for this. The players involved won’t want to do it, they’ll say absolutely nothing of interest, the fans just want to watch the game. Absolute nonsense.

@Lewisro48710295 @DougieCritchley By that logic Chelsea would be a better run club then Arsenal. Yet they just posted the highest loss in history while we’re still operating fine.

Highest net spend on transfers last 5 years (21/22-25/26) in Europe's Top 5 Leagues: 1) Man United: -€780m 2) Arsenal: -€769m 3) Chelsea: -€738m 4) Tottenham: -€670m 5) PSG: -€567m 6) Newcastle: -€492m 7) Liverpool: -€486m 8) Man City: -€459m 9) Nottingham Forest: -€379m 10) West Ham: -€368m Absolutely crazy to think that 3 of these teams are currently 16th, 17th and 18th in the Premier League. They can complain about injuries and poor managerial appointments, but they've also made some terrible transfer decisions. (All figures @Transfermarkt)

@AndyNufc48 The very fact that you're clickbaiting this clip out there shows that you know deep down this was wrong. The guy's done and going down for GBH - the rozzer won't even get a warning. When the cops beat you up with impunity - then fascism is in the air. You'd be cheering that ontoo

The police are 100% in the right here, and if you think otherwise you’re a fucking idiot. Knife still in his hand, charging towards officers, refusing shouts to release the knife. Well done the coppers 👏

@AndyNufc48 I’ll be an idiot then Andy But at least I have integrity, morals and be the better man A police officer should not kick someone when they’re on the ground having been tasered. It’s disgusting and disgraceful Aggressive bullies and an abuse of their power. As for conduct…

@Jepsonio @AndyNufc48 That’s exactly why the cycle of hate, ignorance & violence will continue It’s 2026. Society should be beyond all this kind of religious narcissism, minority-bashing, othering crap It leads to actual harm by extremists & nutters A very British disease, for hundreds of years

@rose_carol75856 @AndyNufc48 Luckily the rest of the sane world does. You refuse an order by police to drop a weapon, you take what comes. Natural selection would soon change your mind on this if police weren't around to save your pansy arse.

@AndyNufc48 I don't agree with that one little bit. Was it necessary for the police officer to kick the guy in the head. That could cause damage to his brain. It was disgusting and it wasn't necessary. And you want to disagrees with me is a fucking idiot. The same goes with the video

@Bantyyy_ @Afc14fan @DougieCritchley Clubs don’t pay transfer fees upfront as a lump sum, they use amortization. Net spend completely misses that. It also ignores wages, which are a clubs the biggest expense. It gives insight to transfer strategy, otherwise it’s relatively useless.

@DougieCritchley Net Spend is utter bollox when teams have cheated. Biggest spenders for the last 5 years: Chelsea (£1.9B) Man City (£1.3B) Man United (£1.1B) Arsenal (£1B) Liverpool £950M) Last 10 years: Chelsea (£3.5B) Man City (£2.8B) Man United (£2.5B) Barca (£2B) PSG (£1.9B) 👍🏼💰

Wednesday was less about what $SPX did, and more about what it hid The flat session did not reveal: - June Brent surging to a 4yr high - The 6th largest crude inventory draw since 1982 - Yields spiking higher across the curve - 8 of 11 sectors closing in the red - <29% of Nasdaq components advancing - The most divided Fed decision since 1992 Macro is getting uglier. As usual, stocks DGAF

When Bonds Don’t Break (Elevator Pitch) None of this feels real—and that’s the signal. You’ve got energy higher, inflation talk building, and a Fed leaning on Median CPI to manage credibility…
but the long bond isn’t confirming it. If this were a real inflation regime, bonds would already be breaking. They’re not. ZB is holding: •Above ~115 → system intact •113–115 → noise •Below ~113 → only matters if it follows through That’s the tell. Add in: •Manufacturing stabilizing •Real rates already positive •Equities not breaking And the picture shifts: This isn’t a clean inflation cycle—
it’s a market that keeps getting inputs and refusing to resolve them. Bottom Line If bonds don’t break, the story isn’t real. Not yet.

$crude folks, crude trapped between levels. Looking for a triangle now ... it allows price to stay sideways for a bit longer. Trump also may not accept Irans proposal for a deal, but market wants good news, and once out, oil can be quickly back down. Technical resistance remains at 100, followed by 106 / spot

@realgeorgie @KobeissiLetter China has used 1m barrels of their billion barrel SPR so far. I don't think you realise hoew well prepared china is vs the rest of the world. Also suggesting Trump has the keys to China is hilarious. China has won every major point so far. Tarrifs? Have a rare earth metals ban.

12-22 days of storage left. 1.5M barrels/day cut coming. Asia’s worst energy crisis in history. All because Iran attacked 3 ships this morning instead of signing in Pakistan last night. China needed that oil. China can’t get it. Beijing May 14 summit is now Trump’s most powerful leverage point. Iran didn’t just hurt themselves. They handed Trump the keys to Beijing. 🇺🇸

BREAKING: Iran is running out of places to store its oil amid the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, with just 12 to 22 days of unused storage capacity left, per Bloomberg. As a result, Iran may soon need to cut another 1.5 million barrels of oil production per day. Much of these Iranian oil exports were going to Asian countries which are already witnessing their worst energy crisis in history. Asia's energy crisis will soon intensify even further.
