With the latest CLSI breakpoints, tobramycin is the only reliable aminoglycoside for Pseudomonas if you ever need one (Susceptible: MIC ≤1) Amikacin: can still be used for UTI (Susceptible: MIC ≤ 16) Gentamicin: RIP ☠️
