@Lhotte_x Hi Lhotte, if you connect yourself to WiFI rather than 4G that might help by pass our age restriction that's default on for sims. If you have a credit card, you can also disable this by following the steps on prompt to complete a £1.00 transaction to turn this off. Daniel
