@Vytrzao @KingGeorge You need to understand that you don’t get paid purely for performance. Name brand and name value brings much more money to the orgs than any performance you can put on the server. If you are marketable you are worth money and that’s what you really get paid for

For the record I have personally seen him turn down content creation opportunities to concentrate on pro play. I hosted a creator tournament for $10,000 with most of the largest R6 creators. He told me he was not able to play due to having scrims. So I personally believe him.

@_Higri @RocketBullets Maybe its just my habit, but Im an average Immortal player in Valorant. I get kills much more easily in CS2. Its very rare for me to finish a match with fewer than 20-25 kills. I was level 7 on Faceit.

Hey brother. Congratulations on a great year and I hope you're enjoying your holidays. I absolutely am not intending to take away from XTQZZZ's work, nor your achievements. I think many regard your team as one of the greatest ever assembled in terms of talent, augmented by your continued development as an IGL and a tenured coach. With that comes an expectation of excellence. For Mongolz they have a number of handicaps and hurdles to clear that your team doesn't and yet they've managed to remain competitive at the highest level and even hit number one in the world ranking this year. As I've said, we can't ever really know how much a coach contributes as that stays behind the scenes but if we assume all contributions are equal there's an argument that Maaraa has achieved more relative to the players he had to work with. Of course, these awards mean little in the grand scheme of things. What really matters when we get to the end of our careers are trophies in the cabinet and XQTZZZ will have plenty of those thanks to your collective efforts. Vitality has really come a long way since the days pundits called it "Zywoo and friends" and you can all feel immensely proud of 2025. Look forward to seeing you guys in 2026 when the season starts up again. Happy new year.
