@Jon_Mackenzie For clubs like Newcastle and Villa in particular, that have spent the last 2/3 years skirting around the PSR limits, seemingly fighting for every penny to spend, it’s a proper kick in the teeth. It could even put them behind teams that haven’t been at those limits.
