Promised phone calls never happen, promised qualified engineers never materialise, the hours & days my 90 year old Dad has wasted trying to get the Smart meter working. 8 weeks on and SP couldn't plan their way out of an unwalled room!

My parents were told they had to have a smart meter, 7 weeks on, 9 engineers who don't know how a Phase 3 Meter works, regularly no heating & hot water when it fails & a call centre who can't help. That's how you treat a 90 year old! Disgusting

@eDreams_ODIGEO As owners of Opodo perhaps you can instigate customer service into this business. I was mis-sold by Opodo & for 17 months I have been chasing a £40.00 refund for the hold luggage which was not actually included in the price. All I get is false promises & lies.

@RnRLiverpool @RnRLiverpool please can you advise when I will receive the refund for the 5km as promised, the marathon has been refunded but not the 5km. I have tried emailing 3 times but no response.

I recommend that you do your request online from your Opodo account:
opodo.com/mybooking/
There you will be able to request a refund for your flight, obtain a credit note or change your travel dates.

@opodo I am still waiting to be 'priority'. Many emails, tweets and a phone call later, where I was assured again my complaint and refund was going to be escalated, and I have still heard nothing. Please issue the £40.00 refund due and offer some form of customer service.

@opodo still no response to my complaint from 1 October 2020 apart from a few PM's via Twitter. No response to my emails or telephone call which I was assured would escalate the situation. As Twitter seems to be the only language you understand I will keep sending Tweets.

@opodo @opodo Customer service you really have no idea what this term means. I logged my complaint 1 Oct 2020. I've emailed, I've PM'd & phoned 4 weeks ago as finally instructed from a PM where I was told it had been escalated but no time scale available or how I would be contacted!

@opodo Please can you explain why you cannot refund the hold luggage charge you confirmed was included in my flight price but in fact actually was not and I had to purchase separately? I was mis-sold by you so please refund my £40.00, I've been waiting 16 months.
