Not average. Not even close. This is still 1% fringe. Dear God it may be 3 or 4% now. Still. Extreme fringe. Push them out. Shame them. Mock them. 1 Generation they go away back to the pits of hell that spawned them. Civilization continues to progress. This little shit is but a hiccup and his parents are to blame.

Got on a plane in Montana headed for DFW in May. Was 50 degrees when I go on the plane. Walked off into TX and it was 109 with the heat index. You had to chew your breath before you inhaled. Was a corporate training trip. Had to spend several days walking DFW neighborhoods in residential sales. I thought I was going to die. I was drinking water like I was dying in the desert. It felt like an asphalt jungle. The neighborhoods with the big oaks were neat though. The housing was much cheaper. The people were nice. Didnt have to drive the highways. Would not recommend.

Let me explain Dallas(s)
1. The summers are unbearable and this cannot be understood without moving there. You can't just visit Texas for 3 weeks in peak summer and understand it, because that's not why it's bad. It's bad because it's late October and it's 90+ and you're questioning your sanity as to whether not it will ever end.
2. Dallas' culture, superficially seems good, but once you dig down...
3. Dallas living is about the airport. You save money in Dallas and then fly out all the time because being in Dallas is rough. Airline travel in the US has declined a lot, so this way of life works less well.
4. The driving. It's dangerous. You need a tank and you're going to be sitting in it all the time. Dallas sort of seems like a city but it's not really. It's more like an area.
5. You can trade 3% state income tax for better weather, more trees, and fewer problems.
I think Dallas is a solid place to live in a bigger house with A/C and grind for money aggressively for a short period of time and then move out of.
Other than that, unless you are tied down there (job, family), I can't recommend it.

I am astounded by the number of millennial families who moved to Dallas, bought a home, then turned around and sold the home to move out of Dallas, in less than a 5 year time span Is Dallas just super transient or is this a post-pandemic phenomenon happening everywhere?

@HistorianUSA1 Justified and reasonable. That said, strangest fashion sense of any man I have ever seen. Mixing viking with skater dude with tattoo artist and a final splash of club chick septum ring. Throw in the stretched out tshirt and you have a ...... unique individual.

This dad is going viral for a reason.
A 13-year-old girl stole his daughter’s $1,000 phone at school in Indiana. School finds it and IDs the thief. He heads straight to file felony charges, but gives the parents an out: pay for the replacement phone and he drops everything.
He’s not mad at the parents — he just wants real consequences so kids learn. Plus he lets his daughter carry the phone for safety and in case of an emergency.
What would YOU do? Did this dad handle it right — or should he seek full prosecution?

@Adi13 How is this a point? The Hebrews existed. We have the Hebrew's Septuagint. We have Jesus. Now what?
English

@MiddleearthMixr I dont understand why we dont just do it by county. Those demarcations already exist and are not moveable. If more population is needed then add counties.

There is a very real and unbridgeable divide in this country. I have experienced it first hand.
I have hob nobbed with the most Libbed out Libs at happy hours and ball rooms in DC, and I have attended get togethers around bonfires in deep red rural Virginia.
One group wants to be left alone, and one group, in a very real sense not an abstract one, wants the other eliminated.
I’m pro doing whatever we can to secure our safety for as long as we have to.

@Mericamemed The shadowrun world would be where you place this. Magic and myth in a cyberpunk style.

@rabbriansamuel Did not read your profile before posting this. Also did not read and clearly understand your post before replying. Forgive me. God bless you sir.

Romans 11 explicitly states that Jews are still chosen, even in unbelief, because of the forefathers.
Chosen ≠ Saved
The Moderate Case@TheModerateCase
There is no modern nation state that is “chosen” by God. Modern Israel is a political entity. Also, if you don’t believe in the New Testament or take it as authoritative, you probably shouldn’t tell Christians what they should and shouldn’t believe about it.

@sola_chad And he was the very FIRST. He entered through the gates the same day Jesus himself did.
English

@rabbriansamuel Bad take. The jews WERE the chosen people. Then they killed the Messiah. Mark 12 clearly paints this picture. The jews screamed crucify him and said his blood would be on them and their children. It was and it is.

@avg_dad42 @waitbutwhy Choose red, you survive. If everyone wants to survive they should choose red.
English

@LibertyASAP1 @waitbutwhy The likelihood of > 51% choosing blue (everyone survives) is much higher than > 99% choosing red (you survive, tens of millions still die)...
English

@avg_dad42 @waitbutwhy Not wishing it would. Dont want anyone to die but more important to guarantee my survival. The folks who chose blue are creating a situation where some people may die. If everyone clicked red no one would die
English

@waitbutwhy Interesting results... I wonder what the world would look like if everyone pressed red.. Of the people who answered, I wonder how many of the blue are glad this won't happen, and how many of the red are wishing it would?
English

@GorillaDolphin @waitbutwhy Not hell, just much higher IQ for a gene pool. Eventually...utopia
English

@waitbutwhy Imagine the culture of the 50% remaining people who continue to live after knowing they all pressed that button to kill the other half
Unimaginable hell
Modern individualism is completely delusional
You have to be willing to make the choice to live in the world worth living in

@ThoNg676733 So sad what this song represents. This is happening every day in America now. Maybe every hour. Maybe every minute.
