My sweet mother passed away yesterday while I held her hand and stroked her hair. I sang Hockey Monkey to comfort her. She was 94 years old.

@FrankConniff While BRAIN DONORS is clearly trying to be a Marx Bros movie, w/the leads being in the roles the Marxes would've in a situation right out of "A Night At The Opera," they don't do so AS The Marx Bros, which I think is its saving grace. Also, no Zeppo, thank Hashem.

Maybe I'm close minded but I don't think you can make a Marx Brothers movie without the Marx Brothers. I've always refused to watch it on principle. Am I being too much of an annoying gatekeeping boomer? Maybe I'll check it out one of these days.
