@RZbycho @jmpandera A jeszcze czym innym negocjacje i przyjęcie rozwiązań prawnych obowiązujących w całej UE. Pierwszy pakiet klim-energ. I późniejsze ustalenia bazowały na systemie stworzonym w zerowej fazie EUETS. I proszę mi nie pisać, że nie, bo ja w KASHUE pracowałam nad wdrożeniem.

@jmpandera 1. Warto ludziom przypominać, kto się zgodził na ETS . 2. Szerko promowane OZE zdemolowały rynek energii i wykańczają nam działające jeszcze elektrownie węglowe. Miało być taniej a płacimy coraz więcej. 3. Link jest pusty.

@s21n @jakubwiech To jest nadal przyczynek do dyskusji - i może nawet zrobię w oparciu o to doktorat z prawa międzynarodowego ;) A serio - podział na Załącznik I i poza Załącznikiem I wskazuje na zobowiązania co do redukcji emisji w państwach. Art. 4 Konwencji. Chiny mogą więcej.

Chiny wydają na politykę klimatyczną więcej niż reszta świata razem wzięta i mają mniejszy udział węgla w energetyce niż Polska; Wlk. Brytania wygasiła swoje elektrownie węglowe, a do 2030 r. chce całkowicie zdekarbonizować energetykę, Japonia ma cel redukcyjny 46% do 2030 roku, USA przyjęły ustawę IRA, która jest odpowiedzią na pakiet Fit for 55, a i tak jeszcze kilkadziesiąt razy przeczytasz w Internecie, że tylko ten mały kawałek planety zajmuje się klimatem.
