Rory will fail to meet the PGA Tour’s 15-event minimum this year, but apparently will NOT be penalized. There is an “extenuating circumstances” clause that the Tour can use at its discretion, and they’re choosing to do so for Rory this year. Thoughts on this? (via @BobHarig)
