We hosted a fun lunch & learn with @GeorgiaStateU's Imaging Core Facility, introducing our 3D #tissueclearing, labeling, imaging, and analysis pipeline to a roomful of engaged researchers. Thanks to the attendees for your interest and to Core Director Kuangcai Chen for having us!

We also explore representation learning w/ masked autoencoders (MAE), showing how learned features can help bridge this gap + improve generalization across markers & regions. The next step isn’t just better models, but better representation learning at the systems level. 💡
