I just saw a woman explain why she doesnt do 50/50 on dates and her reasoning gagged me. She said : if i go alone id be paying for my meal, and if go on a date and pay 50/50 id still be paying for my meal so why would i want to get dressed up, spend energy on emotional labor, holding conversations, entertaining my date, if im just gonna pay for my own food anyway? Id rather wear my yoga set and scroll uninterrupted. And couldnt have said that any better!!!

If God is all-powerful and ever-present, why do His most devoted followers remain the most vulnerable even in His house? They told us to run to church for safety, but even there, we are not safe. At what point do we question what we’ve been taught to trust?

To mirror my previous post. Of course evolution has taken place, denying it makes you look like a fool. Does this in any way, shape or form force you to deny that God exists? Of course not! Evolution is one of the best supported scientific theories in all of human history!

@LatFilosof @Groypercide Things that look the same != things that are related. If you want me to believe in evolutionary speciation then you need to show me evidence beyond morphology and mythology that 1 species became another. An actual difference of kind.
