If you are old enough, find your pay packet from 1992 and increase it by 4,429%. I was on £23,500 then, that would be £996,000 today, teacher's salaries are not quite that high.

Viktor Gyokeres still gets questioned, even though he’s now got 12 PL goals in 30 games this season (18 all comps) while adapting to a new team, and Arsenal players adapting to him. And against a good Bournemouth defence today. Still gets questioned even though his character not in question: never hides, never stops showing for the ball, also looking to run in behind. Takes responsibility, and those penalties of his are hard, fast, well-placed and rarely stoppable (4/43). Gyokeres has occasional quiet games, but never lacks effort. Arsenal need to look to get him in behind more. #ARSBOU

He’s so young that his tests over the next few months involve GCSEs as well as UCL and PL. But he seems fearless, up for the challenge and wouldn’t be fazed if Arteta gave him more opportunity to play and restore some positivity during the title run-in. Arsenal look nervy at the moment, including Arteta in the technical area. The best young players are free of nerves. They just go out and play. Dowman has the right mindset, also a physicality to withstand the buffeting inflicted on skilful dribblers. He’s a ball-carrier, ushering the ball into areas where his left foot can apply the ideal finessed pass or finishing touch. Gyokeres would enjoy Dowman’s delivery whether from the right or through the middle. Arsenal’s main focus should be on senior players returning and stepping up. Helped by a fearless 16-year-old. Sunday Edition @talkSPORT 10-12.
