Still calling case management this is agent number 6 today and call number 4 still nothing

I have asked for a supervisor for two days after engaging with my case manager for a month who now hasn’t responded despite 7 messages. I asked again for a supervisor and was just transferred to my case managers vm again after waiting 24 minutes for someone to discuss this matter

@Dodge is the absolute worse product and company to do business with. The customer service is horrific, customer support non existent. More new Durango has been in service for a month as of today and all I get is the run around. I spoke to 7 people yesterday and 3 today
