Pounded yam is really about the species of yam. Doesn't matter how well you pound or from where, some yams are not cut for pounded yam. But nativity syndrome no go allow us gree.

The book has existed for over 65 years. If you were serious about optioning it, you would have. You can't police who these people choose to interpret their vision. He who buys the oil dictates which parts it should go to. Lesson? Tell your rich friends to invest in art.

@SeyiVortex What if this 'lack of identity' is in itself a form of identity, some uncanny sort of style but a style nonetheless? Or even the quest for it? Let us not get too academic with filmmakers who prefer to tell than show seeing as we have a very 'talky' culture.
