@alanlacasse My watch likes to tell me I've been inactive too long. Four times it did it today on the motorway. Not sure me stopping to exercise on the M25 would turn out too well, but I could give it a go 🤣

I've somehow activated Samsung's Health App that came pre installed on my phone. So now I get regular reminders of how inactive I am and how little sleep. Which is nice.

Well lads how's your Monday going? I just came across a box of Toblerones I bought when they were on offer for €4 in Home Savers a week ago. Hid them from the teens and forgot about them..

@LilOrangeDog I would be scared to death to even try to hold a bumble bee.

Another bumblebee almost trodden on, on a dog walk. Thankfully, it was very docile and happy to be rescued and placed on a flower. The only problem was finding the right flower and persuading it to crawl off my hand. #LittleOrangeDogBlog #bumblebees #flowers
