Exciting News! I am excited to announce that I have officially been selected for a new role, Senior Quality/M&P/Process in the Mass Markets Commercialization organization at AT&T! With amazing leaders such as @mrodriguez_bk and @LillardDerick how can we not grow? In just 1 year and 8 months, I’ve had an incredible journey with AT&T. After relocating to Texas in July as an ASM, then in less than a month promoted to Retail Store Manager, and now, just 7 months later, I've achieved this new role at Headquarters! Here’s what I wrote on my vision board when I arrived: ∘ Get my own store in the first 6 months: completed in 26 days ✅ ∘ Make it to Headquarters within my first year: accomplished in 7 months ✅ ∘ Appear on AT&T's brand shop website and collateral nationally: photo shoot completed 2 months ago ✅ ∘ Get 2 of my reps promoted: achieved that ✅ ∘ Obtain my Bachelor's in Business Management: Completed 64% of my program in less than two months ✅ With a focus on determination, persistence, and energy, I’ve been able to achieve these milestones.
