Delphos St. John's announced today that they will remain in the MAC. Following an invitation from the NWC, the school made a "comprehensive evaluation of the school's athletic program, its mission and long term goals" and elected to stay put.

Today in Port Clinton, the doubles team qualified for the state tennis tournament by defeating Ontario 6-0, 6-1 and Port Clinton 5-7, 6-1, 6-3. Coonfare and Kohli will compete this Saturday in Port Clinton to determine seeding for the state tournament. The OHSAA Boys State Tennis Tournament takes place next Thursday-Friday at the Linder Family Tennis Center in Mason, OH.

Lincolnview senior Chayse Overholt was named NWC Player of the Year for the 2nd time in yesterday's voting! Overholt is 7-0 with a 0.61 ERA in 34.1 IP on the mound. He has 49 Ks to 6 BBs and has only allowed 3 ER. Offensively, he is hitting .448 with 30 hits, 25 RBI and 19 SB.
