Harvey Elliott recalled a pre-season trip to Austria where Mo Salah intervened during a Liverpool team meal to stop him from eating white bread rolls, instructing him to choose a healthier alternative instead 😳:
"We were in Austria and it was breakfast or dinner and I had two bread rolls like I do with every meal just because it's one of my favorites.
He came over to me and was like, 'No, no, no. Put them back. Here, have the brown ones.'
I was thinking, 'Wow, he's scanning what I'm trying to eat or eating and helping me out.'
That's just one of about a thousand stories."

Andy Robertson when asked about his favourite Champions League moment:
🗣️ “People probably expect me to say lifting the trophy in Madrid, but honestly one moment that always stays with me is the tackle on Messi at Anfield in the semi-final against Barcelona.
Because in that moment, you could feel the entire stadium alive.
Everyone knew we were fighting for something impossible that night.
Messi was the best player in the world, and against players like that, even one tackle can change the energy of a game.
Anfield became pure chaos after moments like that.
Looking back now, that night still feels unreal because it wasn’t just a comeback it felt like football history being written in front of us.”
