美国右翼网红，为川普赢取了很多年轻人选票的查理·柯克在校园演讲时，遭枪击身亡。
关于枪支暴力，柯克曾经是这么说的（视频）：
“我认为，每年付出一些不幸的枪支死亡代价是值得的，因为这样我们才能保有《第二修正案》，从而保护我们其他与生俱来的权利。这是一笔谨慎的交易，也是理性的选择。”
有些人可能要觉得我不应该在这个时候发他的这段视频，不合时宜。
首先，我不是在幸灾乐祸，任何人都不应该为这种事叫好。
但我认为现在恰恰是发这段视频和讨论他讲过这段话的最佳时机。因为这种时候能引起大家更大的关注，也能更深刻地去思考他说的这段话。
事实上，我认为如果柯克（Charlie Kirk）还在世，他也会同意，他也必须同意。
因为他发表上述这段演讲的时候，就在 2023年4月纳什维尔校园枪击案发生之后9天。那场校园枪击案有6人死亡，其中包括3名9岁左右的儿童。
我相信川普和柯克的支持者、现场鼓掌的观众，当时并没有人认为他发表这段言论“不合时宜”。
这算不算是，他为自己坚持的价值观殉道呢？
因为有很多人在发表这类言论的时候，总是对那些在枪支暴力当中死亡的死者无动于衷 --- 直到有一天枪口对准了他们自己。
柯克还曾经说过另一句名言：
“我认为，‘同理心’（empathy）是一个编造出来的新世纪术语，已经（对社会）造成了很大的伤害。”
所以，我虽然不幸灾乐祸，但我实在也同情不起来。

今天我将告诉大家，比亚迪是如何隐藏了3000亿债务的。失控的供应链金融会让比亚迪走上恒大老路吗？
实话说，分析企业的财务状况，这真的是我的老本行了。
可能有人会觉得说，BYD作为上市公司，财务报表是公开的，有什么好分析的呢？一看报表就知道公司现在有没有问题啊。
但这个想法是错误的。
财务报表跟银行流水不一样，它其实并不是一目了然的。在银行流水单上，进了多少钱，出了多少钱，是一清二楚的。
但财务报表其实是可以进行“装扮”的。
这种装扮不一定就代表是造假，他可以说的全都是真话、也都符合财务报表申报的国际准则，但却依然可以通过一些聪明的技巧来误导阅读报表的投资人。
如果你完全不了解会计，那么所谓财务报表其实就是三页纸：《资产负债表》、《损益表》和《现金流量表》。
不管你是什么规模的公司，从车库里三个人的创业小公司到摩天大楼里资产几千亿的上市公司，这三页纸就能囊括你整个公司的经营和财务状况。
正是因为财务报表是对企业财务状况的一个“总结”而并非“清单”，所以这当中就留下了很多可操作的空间。
这就是为什么在会计行业里有一句话说，“会计有时更像是一门艺术，而不只是科学”。
上周五，比亚迪集团品牌及公关处总经理李云飞，在微博上发了长文驳斥这个传言。当中引用了很多财务数据，还附上了几张数据表。
今天的视频是我作为前金融企业 CEO，从专业角度逐一拆解李云飞所提供的财务数据，并告诉大家，李云飞是如何通过“选择性比较”的手法来误导群众的。
该跟A比较的时候，他去跟B比。该跟B比较的时候，他跟A比。 比如说，人们担忧的是他的总资产负债率现在已经高达74.6%。 他就说我们的负债才5800亿，丰田的负债2.7万亿那他们不是更危险？
这个时候他就不说百分比只看总金额了。资产负债率你不看分母只看分子有什么意义呢？丰田负债2.7万亿但人家总资产4.5万亿呀，资产负债率60.9%比你74.6%低得多了。
所以说，李云飞的回复就是那种，他没说谎，数字都对，但却通过挑选对自己有利的对比来误导群众。
实话说，这种公关手法是非常难以对付的，因为你看我一个熟悉金融和财务知识的人需要图文并茂给观众解释25分钟才能解释清楚，一般的群众又怎么能看穿他的手段呢？

这张8964最著名的照片，只要不是一生都在中国防火墙内并且从未翻墙的人，应该都看到过。
但你知道这张照片背后的故事吗？
这张照片有一个名字，叫做“坦克人”。
跟很多人以为的不同，这张照片并不是拍摄于6月4日。
1989年6月5日，北京。空气中还弥漫着前一晚镇压留下的硝烟和血腥，街上满目疮痍。
整个城市，仿佛刚从一场噩梦中惊醒。
一个叫韦德纳（Jeff Widener）的美联社摄影记者，在图片编辑刘香成的请求下，决定冒险再进一步，到拥有观察广场最佳视角的北京饭店拍摄中国军队的照片。
他是从曼谷临时飞来支援报道的，刚到几天，镇压就爆发了。昨晚他刚被石块砸中头部，还发着烧，差点倒下。但这一天，他没有退却。
他知道，很多同行的胶卷和相机都被军方没收了。
于是他把他的设备藏得像个间谍：400毫米长焦镜头塞在夹克口袋，增倍镜藏在另一边，胶卷藏进内衣里，相机机身直接塞进后裤兜。
他骑着自行车，一路穿过被砸烂的路面和烧焦的公交车，直奔北京饭店。
“突然间，四辆坦克驶来，车上布满了携带重机枪的士兵。我骑在自行车上，心中简直难以置信自己竟在做这种事。” 韦德纳事后回忆。
进不了酒店，就拍不了照。他走进昏暗的大堂，扫了一眼，瞄准一个西方面孔的年轻人——美国交换生柯克·马特森（Kirk Martsen）。
他小声问：“我是美联社的，你能带我上楼吗？”
对方二话不说，点头：“当然。”
两人悄悄溜进了六楼房间。此刻，长安街上，一列列坦克轰鸣驶过，而楼下不时响起铃声，那是在提示有推着担架的车辆经过，将遗体或伤员送往医院。
CNN的摄影记者乔纳森·舍尔（Jonathan Schaer）也正在酒店直播。
突然，有人大喊 “快看，前面那个人！”
舍尔于是赶紧调焦，按下录像键。
镜头里，一个身穿白衬衫、提着购物袋的普通人，孤身一人站在坦克前面，毫无武器，却像一道无法越过的墙。
军方试图通过向他头上开枪吓阻他，但他无动于衷。
坦克停了下来，试图绕行，他又挪步堵回去。甚至爬上坦克，似乎在跟坦克里的人对话。
这场对峙，安静到令人窒息。
韦德纳也看到了这一幕，然而，他遇到了一个难题：现场距离太远，他的400毫米镜头无法充分捕捉到细节。那部能够提供两倍放大效果的增倍镜被他扔在床上了。这让他不得不做出选择：是否冒着极短暂的时间内失去这一珍贵画面的风险去取增倍镜？
他冒险装上了增倍镜，迅速连拍了三张照片。
就在他按下第三次快门时，那个人就被几个人推走了。
拍完那几张，他坐在窗边喘气。柯克问他：“你拍到了吗？真的拍到了吗？”
他点了点头，不确定，但内心隐隐知道——这是个非比寻常的瞬间。
编辑刘香成接到电话后，立刻指示他：“把胶卷藏好，请一个留学生骑自行车送到美联社。
45分钟后，刘香成说：“一位留着马尾、背着背包的美国青年出现了，手里拿着一个美联社信封。”
胶卷冲出来的一瞬间，刘香成知道这将是一张轰动世界的照片。
这张照片飞越国界，出现在全球数百家报纸的头版，也让韦德纳获得了普利策奖提名。
但韦德纳是一直到第二天早上抵达美联社办公室，看到来自全世界观众和记者的留言，才意识到这张照片已经掀起滔天巨浪。
而 CNN拍到的视频那边，由于那时正值电子邮件初期，尚无法传送大视频。于是他们找来了一台索尼赠送的原型设备。但是扫描一帧要一小时，于是他们挑选了五帧，然后复制录像带，找了一个游客偷偷带到了香港。
至今，我们仍不知道这位“坦克人”的真实身份以及他的下落。
他没有呼喊，也没有武器，只是手里提着购物袋，站在钢铁巨兽面前。
他是弱者，是每一个普通人。但那一刻，他成为了个体勇敢对抗国家机器的强大象征。
