Applied Digital signed a new 15-year lease at its Delta Forge 1 campus with a second U.S. investment-grade hyperscaler. The deal covers 300 MW of critical IT load, adds ~$7.5B in contracted value, and brings total contracted revenue to $23B+. Over 50% of revenue now backed by IG tenants. Initial operations expected mid-2027.

$GOOG $GOOGL CEO: Alphabet will begin deploying TPUs directly into customer data centers. "We will begin to deliver a TPU hardware to a select group of customers in their own data centers. We expect to begin recognizing a small percent of the revenues from these agreements later this year, with the vast majority of revenues to be realized in 2027. It is important to keep in mind that revenues from TPU hardware sales will fluctuate from quarter to quarter, depending on when TPUs are shipped to customers."


*WHITE HOUSE OPPOSES ANTHROPIC PLAN TO EXPAND MYTHOS ACCESS: WSJ The Trump admin is opposed to Anthropic rolling out Mythos to more companies (from 120 currently to giving access to an additional 70) because of security concerns. The White House is also concerned that Anthropic doesn’t have enough computing power to provide Mythos to these additional companies without hampering the governments ability to use it. And here I thought Anthropic was banned from use in the government…
