@LincolnClientCA @LincolnMotorCA i got a new navigator since mid October and it has been in the shop for at least close to 30times already and each visit takes a day. Running board keeps turning off on its own and we have fallen more than 2x because of that.

@LincolnMotorCA @FordCanada I received terrible service (long story) from your franchise dealership and I gave a truthful survey to your company. This resulted to the dealer calling me to get my car serviced elsewhere. I now think the Ford Lincoln brand is garbage.

@LincolnClientCA Can you send this to your developer team for a fix... it behave like the previous Sync but the location of the button has change since !! When you tap on the heated wheel on the top bar, it bring you to Climate, but on/off is on main screen now

@FordCanada Amazing that that the Lincoln rep said my vin was not a recall on the fuel tank that leaked after being replaced in 2017 (for rust) however I received the notice and did what I was supposed to at the dealership. Maybe you should get your records together.

@FordCanada if you’re going to recall Lincoln MKX’s because the gas tanks rust out, you probably shouldn’t replace with a tank that also rusts. The replacement on my mom’s MKX is rusted to shit and leaking everywhere. Dealership won’t cover because you only warrantied for 4 years
