@adamcarolla As someone who has worked in *both* construction and the restaurant industry, the answer is simple for anyone who isn't a fucking retard. Roofers, garbage men and the like are guaranteed a wage for their work. A server/bartender had to depend upon a busy night and shares tips.

I have nothing against tipping but why does a roofer or garbage man get taxed in full and not a bartender
