@chiscarlett Don't know, but IL can probably close current plan, raise contrib rate a lot & offer a cheaper plan that workers can choose.

@chiscarlett my point is pension math is complicated, and it relies on assumptions. Many solutions: POB, new tiers, raise contrib, etc.
