@Se_Railway lovely to see the station manager of Rainham this morning. She has a smashing team of friendly staff. Never a grumpy face and always ready to help. Now if she could just cut the price of tickets……😁

@SkyUK I have made multiple calls in relation to a complaint. No one is listening even when I use words such as racism and lies. I was supposed to be contacted by yesterday (a managers call back) and it simply didn’t happen. Do I have to start posting all the details on here?????

@KentPoliceRoads good afternoon. I wonder if you can answer a question. Can a speed restricted minibus with a capacity of 16, use the third lane on an A road. Motorway rules are clear, this however seems difficult to find the answer to. Many thanks.

@Se_Railway I was party to a huge risk and possible threat to life this morning - caused by the stupidity of staff. With that in mind I will be speaking to the ORR as a matter of urgency. I would therefore like to speak to a southeastern manager as swiftly as possible.

@ROWNTREES I’m a little worried my fruit pastilles have been tampered with or something is wrong. I ate one from a bag and it seemed to be “chemically” which isn’t a word I know but was concerning. A cross between inadvertently getting soap in your mouth or TCP usage. V. Worried

@Se_Railway This is becoming ridiculous now. Surrounding trains are equally as hideous. You get so much money from passengers I would suggest (with respect) you hurry up.
