Chris Mara received a Promotion to Senior VP of Player Personnel in 2011. Tim McDonnell joined the #NYGiants Front Office in 2013. Ever since then we have gone through arguably the most embarrassing run in Franchise History.
When you were drafted George Young ran the show and he said I quote "We can’t have any fire-proof heads of player personnel." George Young allowed Chris Mara to scout but wouldn’t allow him to progress because he felt strongly in this. We should have listened to George Young because these two people continue to rise the ranks despite the failures of this team.

This is not a Carl issue. You keep talking about Chris & Tim and the rest of ownership. The same families that brought 4 chips some of the greatest players to play the game. Instead of advocating for ownership change maybe advocate for Chris to be more involved I returning the Org to the standards he applied when I was drafted and the first 2 SB'S Look at the players drafted when he scouted and when he ran the scouting service that 1/2 of the NFL subscribed to. Just maybe he should have more say in the process. Just my opinion
