The 4k footage psyop by TPUSA was crazy to watch. Even though the court transcripts clearly say that it was exhibit 12.1 which was already introduced and rejected by judge Graff. They made exhibit 12.4 out of the same footage and showed it the next morning. We’ve already seen it

If they documented, they collected finger/palm smudges from that top window too (it's at NE Losee Ctr roof line) media assumes FBI/SBI was accurate. Then 4/9-4/11 media wrongly asserted TR DNA's all over crime scene.

They tell you Tyler Robinson confessed multiple times and his own parents testified he did it- but those are lies. If any of that were true- that would have been presented as evidence. Easy slam dunk. Where is Tyler’s confession? Where are his parent’s statements that he confessed to them? Where is the police sworn testimony saying that they ever said that to law enforcement? So why would they lie about this?

@schafer_von @Kittyspanked @knubeltierli To stabilize your gait w/parts of the rifle down both sides of your pants, you won't toe-walk. Diff gun experts have mimicked the method used. In all cases they're walking more flat w/their feet, they can't even do normal heel to toe. An observation that the Defense could use.

@Kittyspanked @knubeltierli @LinraeRas You compare what you can when you take into account he has a gun in two pieces in his pants and back of shirt in the black. Obviously it changes his gait. He still has the same mannerisms in how he walks and what he does with his pockets.

@Kittyspanked @knubeltierli Not when he's on the stairs, when he walks in the garage area, to go up the next set of stairs. He doesn't hit his heels 1st. Just notice stuff like that from my rehab background & know it can be used by Defense or Prosecution to ID somebody correctly, if you can't see their face

For example, he knows the real TR Surrender timeline & when/where he made the 1st arrest in Wash. Co.

Prove someone is lying, then you can say they are lying. If you can't, then you just "believe" it, with no evidence. That's how it works.

In some cases, if they had something that was more relevant/reliable, why not use it, rather than risk a dismissal? And 👀evidence that cxls their claims.

Other video's enhanced w/zoom-in on clip seen as 12.1. Judge knew it didn't show the suspect shooting. Based on speculation, as per Hull's narration, when he's prone.

DNA Expert @ the Hearing addressed the window too, but Tyler's DNA wasn't present in those areas. It wasn't a bad sample. This is not fake news!

You can't explain this away. These are documented patterns of high-level people being visually identified by Fort Huachuca-based personnel in the weeks and days leading straight into September 9, 2025. Let’s walk through it chronologically, person by person.

If their identity will be challenged by the Defense, they can also hire facial/gait forensics experts, to add to the non-matching CSI DNA & prove innocence.

If the suspect in Black has a different gait that has nothing to do w/an alleged rifle in their pants, it will be relevant in the Trial.

@knubeltierli You clearly don't know that Twiggs wears the same Converse shoes & you've not watched all the videos of TR in the Maroon shirt vs. the Black shirt dude. As a person that's worked in the rehab field I just observed a distinct gait, that's regardless of a rifle down their pants.

@knubeltierli Two different people; maroon shirt is not a toe walker & uses his thumbs on backpack. Black shirt is a toe walker & uses no thumbs on backpack. Physicality distinctions/habits, so not identical in those aspects. Also neck length is different, from back view. Oddities?

@knubeltierli If you ever worked in Rehab you'd know what a "toe-walker" is. Black shirt dude is not a "thumber", that's the point. If that's your physical habit for years (w/the backpack), you don't stop that one day, just because there's a rifle in your pants! And facial image mismatch too.

It would have been nice to get a better idea on the surrender timeline too, as debates still going on, due to the 6:25pm Mirandized video timestamp on 9/11 with Wash. Co. Detectives.

If thats the portion where TR admitted to the act then it would be a violation to introduce it. Thats all I can think of. It could be a 14th amendment violation by tainting the jury process however the objection was to form. It was hand written and there could've been coaching. We won't know till trial when the defense can cross.
