Absolutely shocked by @British_Airways. We missed boarding at Heathrow by minutes because my uncle, who has dementia, became disoriented and got lost in the airport. They refused to help or show any discretion.

Earlier this week I was in Hong Kong and saw this helicopter arriving like a bat out of hell at the waterfront helipad. Can anyone identify the make of helicopter?
